Complaints
Kreditz AB provides account information services (AISP) and processes financial information based on your consent. If you are not satisfied with our services or how we perform them, you have the right to file a complaint.
Kreditz handles complaints in accordance with our complaints policy. This means that your case will be handled promptly, objectively, and in line with applicable regulations. Submitting a complaint is free of charge.
Complaints are handled by a specifically designated function within Kreditz.

When submitting a complaint, please include “complaint” in the subject line and provide the following information:
- Your name and contact details (email address and/or phone number)
- A description of your case, including what happened and when
- Any relevant reference number or additional information
To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before processing your complaint.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint without undue delay and provide a written, reasoned response as soon as possible, normally within 15 business days.
External Review
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your case to external bodies:
- The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – for certain consumer disputes
- General courts
You may also contact the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen), which supervises Kreditz. Please note that Finansinspektionen does not resolve individual disputes.
Independent Guidance
For independent and free guidance, you may contact the Swedish Consumers’ Banking and Finance Bureau (Konsumenternas Bank- och finansbyrå), which can provide information about your rights and how to proceed with your case.
Personal Data
Kreditz processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
You have the right to:
- Access information about the personal data we process about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data in certain circumstances

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of applicable laws.
